Because the Sigaba Secure IM solution uses the SigabaNet architecture, enterprises have access to the most robust auditing and security features as well as redundancy and failover. Secure IM integrates seamlessly with Secure Statements, so if you’re already using one or both of those products, you can leverage your existing authentication mechanisms and manage Secure IM from the same architecture.
Sigaba Secure IM was designed from the ground up with enterprise security in mind. It offers authentication at both ends of the conversation, digital signatures, encryption, integrity checking, secure transcripts and anti-virus scanning – along with all the standard IM product features, including one-to-one messaging and group chat, robust authentication, auditing, archival, indexing and rapid retrieval capabilities.
A unique feature of Sigaba Secure IM is its embeddable Secure IM applet, which enables organizations to transform a static communication into a dynamic one.
For example, a business might send secure statements with an embeddable Secure IM applet that links customers to the business’s customer care center – and enables them to communicate “live” if they have any questions about a statement.
