Card-Connected Access Control
c
Card Connected Access Control - Access points anywhere in the world can be secured without relying on wired or wireless connections, and they can all be controlled by the same system that controls wired points of access.
With CoreStreet-enabled PACS components, roles and privilege information is written to smart cards, allowing individuals to act as a "virtual network" between wired and standalone access points. By following this Card Connected model, security is increased significantly at a fraction of the normal cost.
A growing number of enterprises are looking at electronic security, however the cost of providing this electronic access accross multiple locations has to-date been very expensive and with only limited central management.
CoreSreet enabled products cut the cost of installation drastically and at the same time provides for centralised management of all access points.
