Sigaba Secure Statements creates a safe, convenient link between an organisation and its customers. It provides a flexible means to create and personalise communications such as invoices, bills, statements, forms, documents and notifications. And because Sigaba Secure Statements (as with all Sigaba products) is built on the SigabaNET architechture, it also provides access to robust and flexible policy controls and filters. Sigaba Secure Statements guarantees secure delivery with distributed key technology, true authentication, message verification and a robust audit trail. A variety of delivery options are available, based on policy and/or recipient profile: online push, off-line read, and online pull. For details see Delivery Options.
Government privacy policies and legislation for homeland security reasons as well as requirements to adhere to encroaching legislations to fall in-line with FTA's will in the furture require that consumer/customer information remain private and secure and to provide complete auditability and reporting for every transaction.
HOW IT WORKS
Sigaba Secure Statements software in installed on a server either centrally or remote (managed service) site. It includes the Sigaba Gateway, Key Server, Authentication Server or Adapter, and SendAnywhere with an option for Secure Reply. It's a complete solution, that is offered either as a service by Lightsource or one of our partners, or integrated into the customer environment.
